Juno Overview
The Juno uses field proven biometric fingerprint
technology in combination with our highly rated InfiniTime 7.0 Labor Management System. The
Juno brings you the power of an automated time & attendance terminal with integrated biometric
technology, at a great price. The Juno is compact in design and easy to use. It allows the user to
clock in & out with the touch of the finger. The user also has the option of viewing their last
recorded time, transferring departments, or even entering other information like tips, miles, etc.
The large LCD provides maximum readability, and the on-board speaker provides audible and verbal
confirmation of a complete or incomplete transaction. The Juno also comes with an internal
bell scheduler allowing you to use the internal speaker to signal common start, end and break
times. The Juno is also capable of utilizing any of an employees fingerprints. The Juno is capable
of holding 1,500 templates and 30,000 transactions, making the Juno perfect for almost
any size company.
The Juno comes standard with two easy ways to connect to the InfiniTime Labor Management
System. The Juno comes with a 50 in. RS-232 cable for direct communication to a PC. The Juno also
comes standard with a TCP/IP Ethernet port for communication across a network. The Juno
comes with both options at no additional cost.
How
It Works
The Juno uses the latest in advanced biometric
fingerprint technology. Features like the rugged ZK optical sensor make operation and fingerprint
recognition easier and more efficient.
Users simply place one of their fingers on the green lit optical sensor. The fingerprint is then
scanned and compared to all fingerprints on file using a highly accurate method of measurement.
In under two seconds the identity is confirmed, the punch created and vocal confirmation made.
The data collected by the Juno terminal is then sent to the InfiniTime Labor Management System.
With InfiniTime, detailed reports can be generated, exceptions tracked, and data passed on to payroll
for check processing.
