I am having trouble installing InfiniTime. 

To make sure that installation is completed smoothly we extend a free software installation with every new purchase of the InfiniTime 7.0 Labor Management System. Simply call our technical support line to make an appointment and a certified agent will connect to you complete the installation.

Why is the Insert Button on the employee table greyed out?

InfiniTime 7.0 is licensed by employee count. Your employee limit is reached when the number of employees within the system is equal to your employee limit. When the employee limit is reached it will no longer be possible to insert additional employees, reactivate employees marked as inactive, or import additional employees.

In order to resolve this issue you
may inactivate employees, delete employees, or upgrade your employee limit. Contact your Inception Technologies Sales Representative for more details on upgrading.

Note: Inactive employees do not count toward the employee limit.

Why is the Reader Type Not Present when I try to add a reader?

InfiniTime 7.0 is restricted by a reader count according to the Time and Attendance Terminals purchased from Inception Technologies and authorized dealers. Only the reader types purchased for use with your software will be available from within the reader configuration table.
