The internet has changed our world in many ways. We can get information distributed with lightning speed. The internet has also changed the way software is used and created. There is no longer a requirement to have the software installed on the computer that is running the software. Now the software can be installed in a central location and every computer that can see that location can run the program. One way this is done is with the internet browser.

The internet browser does a great job displaying information and gathering information. However, the internet browser does this one page at a time. This is fine for simple tasks... labor management is not a simple task. Labor management requires human resources tracking, scheduling, reporting, querying data, and much more. To perform these tasks one page at a can be frustrating and time consuming.

Inception Technologies was not happy with the traditional browser "one page at a time" interface. So we challenged our development team to create a multi-tasking interface that has the traditional look and feel of the prgrams we use every day.
